Free Shipping on Every Order

At PawNova we offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum spend, no hidden fees — just free delivery straight to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

United States: 7 to 14 business days United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days Europe: 8 to 16 business days Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 18 business days Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or high demand periods such as Christmas and Black Friday.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your order's journey directly to your door. Please allow 3 to 5 days after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Taxes

PawNova ships internationally. Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pawnova.com and we will investigate immediately and make it right for you.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. This is normal and nothing to worry about.
